2007 "Maps and Mazes"

Our 2007 conference, "Maps and Mazes: Critical Inquiry at the Intersections of Religion and Health," was hosted by the RPHC in partnership with the African Religious Health Assets Programme (ARHAP) on November 26-29. This conference brought together members of the Emory community as well as other participants from around the world who are interested in the fields of religion and public health.

Dr. Kenneth Pargament offered the keynote address for the conference, and the rest of the schedule was filled with informative sessions on topics including emerging research in religion and health, religious health assets, and interreligious perspectives. Paper and poster presentations provided attendees with a broad survey of current research in the fields of religion and public health.
